Returns and Exchanges
In those rare instances where you have an item which you would like to return, please email us at Email XtremeTerrain.com, LLC before sending it back. There is an excellent chance that we can take care of the problem without shipping the item back.
If you need to return an item please read our return policies listed below and then go to our Return Request Form and fill it out completely.
XtremeTerrain.com Return Policies
- Returns on body parts, body tubs and body kits are not allowed. All Body Parts are sold "as-is" without exceptions of any kind. XtremeTerrain.com is not responsible for freight damages, so shipment must be inspected before signing the receipt.
- Return requests must be initiated (a filled out Return Request Form submitted) within 30 days from the date of the sale.
- All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. We will provide you an RGA number after we receive your Return Request Form and if the return is within our policies. The RGA number must be marked on the outside of the returned boxes. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
- All returns need to be sent freight prepaid. The freight portion of the invoice will not be credited on returned merchandise.
- All returned goods are subject to a restocking fees from 15% to 30%. All returns are subject to restocking fees with the exception of defective items, which will be credited or replaced at our option.
- No returns are allowed on special orders, factory drop shipments, and body parts.
- Once installed, parts or accessories of any kind cannot be returned unless you are making a manufacturer's warranty claim. See Warrantee Disclaimer.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging (unless defective), have all the instructions, paperwork and parts that were originally in the packaging, and not be damaged or altered in any way.
- XtremeTerrain.com retains the right to determine whether or not an item is in re-salable condition as well as the right to deny the return and credit based on said condition of the returned item.
- Returned items must be received within 30 days of the date that we issue the RGA number. Returns received after this date will not receive a credit. We will return the item to you if you pay for the shipping charges.
Xtreme Terrain Return Procedure
Please fill out our Return Request Form completely. If the return meets our policies we will then begin the paperwork necessary to obtain an RGA number. Once an RGA number has been created (2 to 3 business days), we will notify you by email with information on where to ship the item(s).
Once the item is received, it will be inspected, the restocking fee will be determined and then we will credit your credit card account the appropriate amount. You will receive an email notification of the credit transaction. Credits are typically issued within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned item or items. For defective items, inspection times may vary based upon the manufacturer.
